One Blood, One King

Revelation 5 paints the redeemed from every tribe and language as priests to God. Far from distracting from the gospel, this vision is the gospel—sealed in Christ’s blood. Ethnic harmony is not an add-on to salvation; it is its fruit. The cross reconciles us not only to God but also to one another. To ignore this is to shrink the gospel. To embrace it is to anticipate heaven on earth. In Jesus, the kingdom is multi-colored, multi-lingual, multi-nationed—and gloriously one.
