Little Things

“When the cares of my heart are many, your consolations cheer my soul” (Psalm 94:19). God comforts us in both grand and small ways. Think of Elijah fed by an angel with bread, or Paul receiving a cloak in prison. Often God’s consolations arrive through the “little things”: a friend’s text, a spouse’s hand, a child’s laughter, a morning coffee. Pay attention. These are not accidents—they are God’s tender mercies, reminders that you are seen and loved. Small consolations often carry the greatest strength.
