Saying “No”

For years, my overstuffed calendar told a hidden truth: I didn’t trust God to carry the weight. I said yes to nearly everything—until my soul began to crack. Then I heard the Spirit whisper, “You’re living like it all depends on you.” That moment changed me. I began seeing time management not as hustle, but as holiness. Jesus modeled it—He chose rest, realignment, and purpose over pressure. Psalm 90 reminds us to number our days. Saying no isn’t selfish; it’s sacred. Honoring our limits honors God. Trust Him. Rest in Him. Let your “No” be worship. Let your pace preach.
